I'll try to keep this as updated as I can! I'll also only do people Megamind has interacted with thus far.

 

Phoenix Wright [Friends?]
After having the idea of Phoenix being a superhero planted in his mind, Megamind once dedicated himself to upsetting Phoenix's life in any way possible.  After Megamind has a new goal in life, however, everything changes and he tries to be 'buddies' with the lawyer.  This has caused a somewhat awkward relationship between the two.  While Megamind is trying his best to be a so-called 'friend', his quirkiness often keeps Phoenix pushing him away.  But whenever Phoenix needs something invented, it's usually Megamind that he comes to for help.

Maya Fey [Friend]
Here is the person who implanted the superhero idea.  Megamind considers her Phoenix's girlfriend on the sole reason that they stood next to each other for ten minutes.  He attempted to kidnap her, but it resulted in complete failure and they bonded over a spinning chair. No really.  After that he's been very hospitable to her, even going so far as to make a cake with her.  All in all, they get along quite nicely thanks to Maya's innocence and Megamind's deep-down good heart.


Toothless [Best Friend/Minion]
Having felt the loneliness of not having his beloved minion around, Megamind has found comfort in this dragon.  It's puppy-like personality has piqued his interest, and definitely fills the void of his life that Minion once filled.  He is highly protective of Toothless, even going so far as to call himself the dragon's "Daddy".  While Megamind has always put self-preservation above all else when it comes to this city, there's no doubt in that huge mind that he would place Toothless before himself.  If that dragon is ever hurt, he's going to be quite angry.

Yakko [Neutral]
After meeting him at the party, he found out that he's pretty good at witty banter.  And probably the only one in this place too.  That's good, because he'll need someone like that.

Ren [No one's really sure]
Ren and Megamind have a...complicated relationship.  Ren wants Megamind's brains and Megamind is scared to death of him.  Actually that's pretty cut and dry.  They seem to be able to get along somewhat--Megamind actually trusted him enough to give him his old Spider-bot.  But Megamind's also seen a softer side to Ren...so maybe there's a chance to become better friends?


Heloise [Rival]
Heloise is the definition of "anything you can do I can do better". She always seems to one-up his weaponry, evilness and all around occupation.  This could be because of Megamind's more playful personality, while Heloise is more serious about her job.  He's both angered her and flattered her, and how he survived the first is unknown.  Despite all this though, Heloise has killed people in the city a significant number of times--something Megamind has never done, nor does he plan to.  This raises a lot of conflict between the two, and Heloise constantly tries to get Megamind to work for her.  Their conflict got so bad that they've now become rival villains.
